Where were you? (Mourning The King)

Today happens to mark one of the saddest days in the History of music. One year ago on this date we lost Thee Greatest to ever be in the music business, "The King of Pop", Michael Jackson.
As I sit and reminisce on him I think of not only the music but who he was as a person and how he's made a positive impact on not just me and my family but also this whole world.
I grew up on Michael, I could call myself one of his biggest fans,(highly doubt that after the things i've seen lol), I imitated him from dance steps to singing, even his wardrobe. My mother always told me when I grew up I would be a backup dancer for him. It was a desire of mine I can say but now just a dream. Sadly it will never happen but I know that today I will take the time out to listen to everything he has created and listen to the man who inspired me to become an artist and help the world in anyway possible. So with that being said, tell me your memories, songs that you loved/love, or even where you were when you heard the devastating news.

(I actually made a video that's on youtube but i will post it later in the day

I was At My Uncles saying my last goodbyes before i went off to Germany.

  8. Cuzzo, I think the thing that sets me and you apart from his other fans is loyalty. I recall multiple times I'd be at home chillin banging thriller or dirty diana way before his death. Most people neglected him either after his child molestation case or after his cd flopped (which happens to be one of my favorites too). People ridiculed him but soon after his death the same people talking crazy were the ones crying. I know you was a loyal fan because I would tease you and my brothers that yall was the only people yalls age listening to MJ...while al the other kids was banging t.i or whoever was hot then yall youngsters was watching M.J. movies and listening to his music. There is no denying that Michael Jacksons legacy will live forever!!!!!!!

  9. lol haha do you remember?? lol That was the times me and the twins would go to the basement and watch Thriller and "The Making of Thriller" then go back to their room and have a dancing contest lol good times. I envy those people who want to claim their big fans when they started listening to him the day of his death on a dedication mix on the radio. lol
